In terms of personnel and infrastructure, no island in the Caribbean provides the support and conveniences you will find in Puerto Rico.

As Thom Eberhardt, director of “Captain Ron,” with Kurt Russell and Martin Short said, “Puerto Rico is one stop shopping for the entire Caribbean. Everything we wanted was there.”

Robert Zemeckis, director of “Contact,” with Jody Foster, added, “Shooting in Puerto Rico was great. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend shooting there.”

As part of the United States, the island’s infrastructure is unmatched in the Caribbean, which permits easy contact with any place in the world and, of course, your main office. All of the major chains can be found on the island to facilitate your needs, making you feel at home.

Truthfully, however, most of your equipment needs can be found on the island.

Did you know?

"Our experience in Puerto Rico was extremely positive. The crews were great, equipment was readily available and the film commission very helpful. In our film we had to sell San Juan as Tijuana, Mexico and we were able to successfully do that because of the hard work and creativity of the local crew. I would recommend shooting in Puerto Rico ot any producer that has a story that fits into that environment." David Bixler, Sr. VP Production I Witness
