Who are we?: Mission

The Puerto Rico Film Commission has a mission: To generate the economic advancement of Puerto Rico by promoting the development of all the elements that comprise the audiovisual industry;

  • Our primary inducement the 40 percent tax credit, the highest offered by any completing film commission.
  • Motivate the investment of private capital in the film industry;
  • Achieve the fiscal autonomy of the corporation.

Did you know?

Puerto Rico's south side is where the Caribbean washes the whole coast. The arid vegetation here is completely different from the northern part of the island.
